Stand type

Easyfairs offers various stand types. Here you will find all the practical information for each stand type:

All-in stand

The All-in stand consists of the following components:
  • Stand walls; White panels in an aluminum frame. Wall height including frame is 250 cm. Visible height of white panels in the frame is 240 cm, and width is 95 cm.
  • Header panel; Aluminum panel on the aisle side for attaching LED spots.
  • LED spots on rail; 6 spots per 2 linear meters.
  • Nameboard; 1 green nameboard with company name and stand number.
  • Carpet tiles; Anthracite gray carpet tiles.
  • Stand cleaning; Daily vacuuming of the free floor area with the standard floor.

If you are not satisfied with the stand construction upon arrival, please report to the exhibitor reception so we can resolve it before the event begins.

Additional options for All-in stand

Check the webshop or Event Services for alternative options to the All-in stand, such as:

  • Different type of flooring
      • Raised floor
      • Different carpet color
      • Carpet removal

    • Different color wall panels

    • Upgrade packages

Check the webshop or contact Event Services to explore options for personalizing your All-in stand and making it stand out. For example:

    • Eye Catchers
    • Printed wall panels / Seamless prints
    • Furniture
    • Decorations

  • If you do not wish to have a fascia board, please notify Event Services (eventservices@easyfairs.com) no later than 10 days prior to the event.
    • Removing the fascia board is conditionally possible and depends on your stand size and the stand types of adjacent exhibitors.

  • Please note: If the fascia board is omitted, the LED spotlights and name board will no longer be included.

Rules and Guidelines for the All-in Stand

Stand construction

  • Screwing, Drilling, and Nailing is not allowed.
  • The use of tape on the walls and frames is prohibited, especially if the tape leaves residue or damages the coating when removed.
  • In case of damage to the walls, frames, and/or frieze lists, a charge of €50.00 per linear meter will be applied.

Carpet

  • The removal of carpet tiles must be requested in advance through the webshop. If you remove the carpet tiles from the stand yourself, the costs will still be charged.
  • If you use sand, bark, or other materials that could cause dirt or damage, it is mandatory to protect the carpet tiles with foil or an alternative protective underfloor. In the event of dirt or damage to the carpet tiles, a charge of €50.00 per m² will be applied.

Stand setup

  • When placing stand objects in the All-In stand, please adhere to the following height restrictions;
    • Maximum Construction Height: 4.5 meters.
    • Maximum Height for Logos and Visuals: 4 meters.

  • Rigging above the All-In stand is allowed. Hanging points and other requirements can be requested via the webshop or Event Services. Rigging must be provided through our official supplier, Decoriginals. Check the floor plans for the “No Rigging Zones.”

  • Setup of the all-in stand is only permitted within the boundaries of the rented stand area. It is not allowed to place objects in the aisles outside of your stand.

  • Open sides facing aisles can be closed up to a maximum of 50% to maintain sightlines. This ensures an open and accessible space for all attendees.

Space only

A Space Only stand includes anthracite-colored carpet tiles.

If you have reserved a Space Only stand, you are only renting the floor space with carpet tiles. Removal of the carpet tiles must be requested in advance via the webshop.

You are responsible for the rest of the stand construction. We kindly ask that you submit the stand layout and technical drawings for approval in advance. Please refer to the deadlines for the correct submission date..

Guidelines for own stand construction

Hall 1 High Build: 4.5 meter
Hall 2 Low Build: 4.5 meter
Hall 2 Next Level: 4.5 meter

Evenementenhal Gorinchem: 4 meter

Please view the floor plans for the no rigging zones. In these areas, rigging above the stand is not possible.

Hanging points (rigging) may only be installed by our in-house supplier, Decoriginals. Request through the webshop.

Stand walls higher than 2.5 meters must be finished neutrally in white or black from 2.5 meters upwards at the back, without logos or visuals.

Attaching stand walls and/or other stand components to a neighboring stand that is not built by the same exhibitor/stand builder is not allowed.

The open sides facing the aisles may be closed up to a maximum of 50% to maintain sightlines.

If you want to provide your In-between stand with your own stand construction, keep in mind the net internal dimensions.
Net internal dimensions: -5 cm + -1 cm per meter of stand wall. (For example: a 3-meter wide In-between stand has a net internal dimension of 2.92 meters).

The use of sand, bark, and other contaminating materials in the stand requires the carpet tiles to be protected with foil or an alternative protective underlay. If the carpet tiles are contaminated or damaged, a fee of €50.00 per square meter will be charged.

Removing the standard carpet must be requested in advance through the webshop.
