From Wednesday 28 to Friday 30 September 2022, the VTU Uitvaart Vakbeurs will take place again in Evenementenhal Gorinchem, The Netherlands. The moment where the entire funeral industry comes together is organised by the VTU, Vereniging Toeleveranciers Uitvaartbranche (Association of Suppliers for the Funeral Industry) in collaboration with Easyfairs.

During the VTU Uitvaart Vakbeurs, there will be a broad knowledge programme about current and relevant developments in the funeral industry. Spread over three days, a large number of speakers will share their knowledge. The exhibition committee is still negotiating with many speakers, but with Ed Ram and Bob Hendrix the first speakers (in Dutch) have already been recorded.

Ed Ram is a much sought-after key note speaker (Dutch session) on customer experience, NPS, customer journey and extreme customer focus. In his inspiration session, with many practical examples, he also discusses the power of the customer promise. “More and more companies make explicit what their customers can expect from them. And with good reason. Customer promises give direction and keep organisations focused, help customers choose you and contribute to higher customer ratings.”

The session (in Dutch) by Bob Hendrix, known for the ‘living coffin’, is not about his product but about the road to it. An inspiring lecture on the origins of a start-up that led to praise in the headlines and renowned awards and nominations. And… that recently raised an investment of €1 million from members of Dragons’ Den.
