About us
The EventTelefoon offers funeral directors a unique and personal way to preserve memories of a loved one. During a funeral, condolence gathering or memorial service, family members, friends and other guests can simply pick up the receiver and record a spoken message.
This can be a cherished memory, a personal story, an anecdote or a few words that may be difficult to say during the service itself. Afterwards, all recorded messages are collected digitally and can be kept by the bereaved family.
At funeral venues, the EventTelefoon can be placed in a quiet area, for example in a separate room or in our acoustic Voice Booth. This gives guests greater privacy and creates a calm moment in which they can record their message without distraction.
The telephone can be fully adapted to match the style and atmosphere of the funeral. Options include different colours of retro telephones, a suitable presentation setup and a personalised greeting that plays when the receiver is lifted.
In this way, the EventTelefoon adds something meaningful and respectful to a funeral: not just a traditional guestbook with names, but real voices, stories and memories that relatives can listen to again later.
